I'm really new at this! I have a question about TOM; My friend and I are planning on starting on the HCG sublinual tomorrow, but my TOM is due to start next week, is it safe to start tomorrow knowing I will need to skip starting next week. Do the days I skip taking the sublingual including in the 43 days or do they just prolong the length of the VLCD to 45-47 days? Just a little confussed by this and so any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I never skipped (though I only went through one TOM so far), lots haven't. There are however possible health risks associated with not skipping. I just don't know how verified those are.

I do sublingual and I have never skipped and my last round I went through 2 TOM without any real problems. The only difference I noticed my flow was much heavier than in the past and I did experience cramps but that could also be attributed to the weight loss. Once I started getting larger my periods started getting lighter and the cramps were not bad if any so as the weight comes off those things have started to come back. :-(

Definitely WAIT!!! I REGRET NOT WAITING. I went through complete hell the entire pms week with horrible hunger and cravings and fluctuations in weight loss. It was extremely hard to even get through the week before the actual start of my period. If you usually have pretty bad pms I would wait. Plus youll most likely see gains or stalls during so if you'd rather not deal with that I would wait. I wish I had.
