I am on my first round of this diet. I am using hhcg and am on VCLD3. I only have 22.8 pounds to lose. Is anyone else in this same boat? I thought we could start a thread on our losses and struggles. I'm afraid I will get discouraged, as it's harder to lose weight when you don't have quite as much to lose. I'd appreciate the support! Thanks!
yes!!! Awesome. I have 20 to loose. I was thinking the same thing!! So many people scoff at me because "thats nothing" or "thats easy, you shouldnt need this" but you know what... WRROONGGG!!!!! they couldn't be more wrong. I've been carrying around an extra 15-25lbs for like 10 years! No matter how much extra weight you have, it still makes a difference, even 5lbs is heavy and annoying. I've tried EVERYTHING to get rid of this annoying crap and its impossible. I have trouble loosing 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Screw that!!.
And my problem is its ALL in my upper body. I have tiny hips, butt and legs but my waist, abs, love handles!!! its all there and my arms and back are flab!! I could afford to loose a little bit in my chest too! It sucks being completely out of proportion and I just want my top half to match my bottom half!! lol
So I'm 27, 5'5.5" and as of now I'm on day 8. AFter pre-loading I was up at 148lb Now Day 8-141 For some reason I had gained a total of 6 ounces over 2 days and just hovered... Now this morning I'm back down to 141 so hopefully it keeps going. Goal weight is 128
Although I think there might be something wrong with my batch so I'm going to mix a new one tonight and see if that helps. I'm constantly starving so hopefully the new batch with fix that. Plus I think i'll go buy some L-Glutamine which I heard is awesome for hunger and supposedly if you have a lot of Candida in your body it could really make you starving so there's some sort of Candida cleanse I might try.
We shall see but I REALLY hope I can loose the last 13 lbs soon!!
I'm 26, so we're close in age! I totally understand the being out of proportion. I need to lose 22 pounds, and probably 16 of that needs to come from my stomach! Ughh....it's awful. I've tried everything, too. I lost 30 pounds on my own in the last 2 years, but these last 20 will not come off!! I eat well and exercise and then I'll go up a pound, down a pound a half, up two pounds, etc. So frustrating! The thing is, I don't eat a lot of bad food or junk food. I eat healthy! Hopefully this diet will get rid of the fat for good!!
Great thread.... I am 29 and started VLCD1 (after load) at 162.5, my goal weight is 130. I am now on VLCD24 and have lost 17 pounds which puts me at 145.5. I had been eating healthy and doing an exercise bootcamp 5 days a week and the weight still was not coming off. I am so thankful for this diet!! I have 17 days left and I would really like to lose this last 15 pounds, but I will be lucky to lose another 10. I think I might have to do another round. I stalled last week and only lost 1 pound in a 6 day period. I was so frustrated, but then I did an apple day and I had a 1.5 loss the next morning, followed by another 1 pound loss, and then a .5 loss. So I guess apple days do work!
omg me too!!! exactly the same as you! I need to loose like 10 inches all around my waist!! I hate it! I wish it would just go to my butt..id be so happy if it did!
I am with you, I have been excersising and eating healthy but I have such a hard time loseing weight. I am 19lbs over my goal weight of 150, I am 5'6 and I carry it all in my butt and thighs. I have been so tempted to do lipo, but just don't want to spend the money. I have a trainer and I do spiining classes 4x a week I am in great shape but I would really like to see my thighs dissappear. I have read through the differrent forums and everyone has been saying you lose it where you need to. So far I have been on P2 for 14 days and have lost 6 lbs. that doesen't sound like much if you go onto other forums but I think for us that is great!
That's definitely great! I'm glad we started this thread. It's frustrating to hear someone say they've lost a pound or two a day. That's much easier if you have 50 or 100 pounds to lose! I'm on VLCD3 and I've lost 5.6 pounds BUT I gained 5.4 during load...I have trouble thinking that that's realy weight loss. If I had splurged for 2 days on my own, my weight would have eventually gone down...I think.
Hey guys! Glad to see this thread. I'm 28, 5'2" goal weight between 120-125. I'm on VLCD7 today and down 10lbs exactly as of this morning. =) I have "at least" 15 lbs more to go. Hope I can get there this round. I'm only losing about .5 lbs per day the past couple days...
Are you doing the drops or shots? I am doing the drops, I did the shots a couple years ago and hated it. I love the drops. I know what you mean on the loading days I gained 3lbs in 2 days which is a lot for me. I have heard that it is necessary for the success of your all around weight loss. I am also thinking of extending the P2 3 days more days because I cheated the weekend ot the 4th and it has taken me 3 days of following the diet without any cheating to lose .2lbs it was not worth it plus you feel hungary again and it's like starting over and I lost thoses 3 days of potential weight loss and I feel like I let myself down, DONT CHEAT it is not worth it. I am determined to finish this and not cheat again.
I'm doing the shots. I take 10 3X a day. I'm thinking of upping to the dosage to 12 3X a day. Or 10 4X a day. Someone on another thread posted something and said they take 6 shots 6 X a day. I thinking if I take another dose at bedtime, I won't be so hungry in the morning.
