Ok, I'm looking at yourhcgdiet.com. Given the fact that I'm already on P2D12, what do you recommend? How much RX Sublingual should I buy? And should I plan to just transfer from the homeopathic hcg I'm taking now to the RX when I receive it? Should I shoot for 40 days total?
How much RX sublingual would get me through approx 25 days? 2000iu? I'm looking at Corion which is in powder form..but honestly I'd just get whatever you recommend.
Update at the request of my lovely mother. Had not been hitting the bottle prior to taking hcg. 2 nights ago, I started hitting against my hand to see if that would make a difference. I'm still hungry and my stomach is growling. Perhaps even more worrisome for me though is how much I'm thinking about food. I've been obsessive about food for a dozen years and do not want to fall back into the undereating, food-obsessessing then bingeing pattern. I guess the question my mom and I have at this point, is was the hcg ever working for me in the first place. Lost approx 7-8 lbs the first week but haven't gone down since. I understand stalls etc are common, but coupled with the hunger and thoughts of food, not sure if I should continue(at least at this time, with this particular brand).
I used hhcg healthyourself the first round, lost 20 lbs. The next round, they just didn't work as well for me...don't know why. Was hungry and finally went off after 23 days. I have read other posts that this brand did not work as well either (hate to bag on a distributor). I swapped brands to one that had no alcohol and these seem to work better for me. Also, rather than taking so many drops 3x a day, why don't you try taking them more often? I sometimes do this if I get really hungry in the afternoon. Make sure you hit the bottle about 10 times. I do think that hcg will work...stalls are common and frustrating but it is just your body trying to play catch up. Hang in there.
You tried upping the drops, didn't you? I'd make one final attempt and up the drops to 25 3x a day. if that doesn't curb the hunger, I would stop and go to the RX grade next time. There are a few people that hhcg doesn't work for. It does work for most but there are some who just don't respond to it. You can still do it sublingually though.
