I am serioulsy debating starting another round of HCG. I only ever did 1 round which I lost great on, then I went into P3 and found it to be so similar to Atkin's that I transitioned to that and lost another 20 pounds that way. So I am down a total of 45 pounds since February and I am still a little unhappy with my appearance. Anyway, I recently started my Mom, Step-Dad, and sister on hcg, mind you, none of them were supportive of hcg when I did my round, go figure!!! Anyway, they are all losing great and I am seriously debating joining in on the weight loss party that they are all having. My question is I can only stand to lose another 10-15 pounds maybe...That would put me into the 110-115 range. I am afraid if I go any lower than that I will look sickly. So my question is would you use premixed hucog or Ovidac? Which do people find to be more effective if there is little weight to be lost???

Oh and my Mom has been on for 11 days and seems to be quite lethargic and hungry any ideas on what I should tell her to do?

I like the hucog but everyone is different. No one brand has better losses than another. Good to see you again! You can do a short round and get that off then continue on the hcg for 23 days and up your calories if necessary.

Grammy...how are you? I am glad to be back! I ordered both so I have both on hand! Do I only up my calories if I become suddenly hungry which would indicate all abnormal fat gone?? Also do you thin the extra 20 I losk post hcg might not stay off?? My mind is thinking that maybe I need to do another round to reset once and for all.

Right! otherwise your body is still finding abnormal fat. It might take you 23 days to lose the 15 though. That would be about right. :-) Glad you're back!

I am going to miss summer foods I am afraid, but it will be easier to complete a round if my family is all on board and are actually understanding the whole concept finally!

How do I mix the premixed hucog? Is it the same as the powdered just 1 less ML of bacteriostatic water??

Oh and I am going to have to remix for my mom and her hubby, the problem is I mixed powdered hucog for their first 12 days and I now only have ovidac or premixed to mix for the remainder of their round. Which would be best to finish their round with??

Right! It's the same recipe, just 1ml less. :-) I'd stick with hucog then. I like it!

Ok and the fatigue that my mom is feeling shouldn't that have passed by now?? She couldn't load really hard because she has a lap band but she did try. She gained 1 pound on load days.
