I have never done P4 I have always just stayed in P3 in between my rounds and I do not even know where to begin to eat in P4. I am at my goal weight and have been in P3 for 6 solid weeks and have been mostly stable except on the days I emotionally eat. Anyway, I ate 1/3 cup of oatmeal today so far and a cheese stick. What would anyone recommend for the rest of the day??
Is oatmeal and ok thing to add in? I am allergic to wheat and soy so my carb options seem small already. What are the healthy starches that you add back in??
Ok I will do Oatmeal for 3 days, then add in Potato for a few days. Is there anything I should NOT eat that is safe in P3 while I am adding in P4 foods?? Like mug cake of almond flour bread??
