desertgirl-- sorry about the delayed response, haven't had my computer on for a few days. in answer to your question, no, i'm not having hunger. i do get hungry, but not like 'i gotta eat now!' kinda hungry, just normal i've only eaten an apple and some broccoli today kinda hungry. i have been doing well when i take my drops like i should. and i did give in to temptation one day and have a "treat" at work. it was an andes mint. when i first put it in my mouth i was like ooooooh so good! but after about 15 seconds of that i wanted to spit it out.
my problem lately is that all my years of bad habits seem to be crashing in on me at once. the last several days i have been feeling that faceless 'want something' and really having a hard time fighting it. and i rarely ever get all my water in. when i'm at work especially, since i cant just go to the bathroom as many times as i want (we just get really busy and i cant get away)
    thanks for your help!

    You're welcome!

Do make sure you eat all your protein every day, that's very important.

I know how hard it can be to not constantly snack on something. It's hard for me sometimes now, in P4. I'm not really hungry, but just want something to chew on. It's a long standing habit that's hard to break, but it's getting better for me.

The recommended amount of water is at least 2 liters. You don't need to do half your weight in ounces. That could be too much, depending on your weight. Too much water will upset your electrolyte balance. So just try for 2 liters, and you'll do fine.
    Thankful People: cindyloo

Hey guys, today is day 2 VLCD for me... I was wondering if anyone lost weight during loading? I lost three pounds. Of course i was excited to lose weight but i hope this won't affect my diet. Trust me, i REALLY loaded. I won't torture the rest of you on P2 by telling you what i ate. Now i'm really hungry though. Think it will pass or should i get used to it?
