Hey all! First time poster, here. I'm about a week into P3 and am really anxious to get back onto my daily probiotic capsules - but I'm wondering if this would be okay as they're gel caps and list microcrystalline cellulose as one of the ingredients (I'm assuming for the casing). Any input would be so appreciated!
Oh thank goodness! I really try to listen to my body and it's been SCREAMING at me to get back at them so I picked up another bottle and it's sitting in my fridge, looking beautiful. Thanks so much for the speedy response! Can't *wait* to feel balanced out again. ^_^
I started taking probiotics last week (p3) and I'm not sure what they are supposed to do aside from "balance things out" in my GI track (right?). What would I be feeling different if I was/wasn't on them? I do take a digestive enzyme and I KNOW when I don't take that (major bloat city), but I found "Pearls" at GNC and curious how you know they are helping you?
