I am R2P2D8.. I am doing 200IU of HCG in a 100ML dosage using a 1/2" insulin needle (the recommended dosage from yourhcgdiet.com, place I ordered from) every morning. I have been uncomfortable with the injections and yesterday actually fainted right after. I spoke with a friend's naturopath doctor who is administering her diet and she suggested taking the same dosage, only sublingually. So, basically putting the 200IU/100 mils of HCG under my tongue for 10-15 min. Should I do that 2x a day or is this even a good idea? I'm going to have to order more to mix to last the rest of my round, but don't want to waste the rest of my injection mixture.

How many IU's do most do sublingually? Any advice greatly appreciated! I'm not cut out for injections.

You can change to sublingual, but you'll have to do it 2x a day. That's a lot of liquid to hold under the tongue though. Maybe try taking 60 units 3x a day instead.

We may try that.. but should we be doing 400IU of HCG a day? That amount of liquid didn't seem too hard this morning.

Also, my TOM is stalling and I'm retaining water.. I've been strictly following protocol and have been at the same weight 3 days straight now. Haven't had a BM in 5 days!!! I know that I will see losses after TOM and a BM, but that scale staying the same is even more frustrating. Not sure why my body is retaining so much.

Yes you should for sublingual. The standard dose is 333 but new research says a higher dose results in better weight losses. Try some magnesium citrate for the BMM issue. And stalls are very common. I usually stall out after a 10 pound loss.

Thanks for the advice, Colleen! Think an apple day would also help stalls or should I just be patient?

An apple day is only for stalls of 4 days or more and I don't like them. Too often i see someone lose after one then just regain it. It's just water weight and your body can be stubborn. :-(

Gotcha.. anything to help with TOM starting. I'm now 2 days late and so tired of the bloating and waiting to start.

    Thanks!

Kcooper- I'm just curious, how was your hunger on 200iu injections? I'm assuming you are on Corion if you bought from yourhcgdiet.com.

It was very scary! I'm just not a fan of injecting.. I was bruising like crazy. My thighs are covered with quarter size bruises, so ugly! I did sublingual the first time and saw good losses so I'm gonna stick with it. :)

I am doing the Corion and haven't had too much hunger, a few cravings, but never too low energy or hunger. My boyfriend is also on it and hasn't experienced too much hunger. My cravings are worse right now though b/c my TOM is 2 days late so I feel like I'm on eternal PMS!!!!
