    Hey all,

I am up almost a pound today. I do not think it is from foods on P3. I think it is TOM which is still 8-10 days away. This is typical for me to get bloated that far out. I am trying to stay under the 2 pound fluctuation on LDW. In response to the increase I am doing a high protein day and hydrating very well. But I look crazy bloated. I won't be surprised if I am up again tomorrow. I also took magnesium, potassium and plan on doing a dose of ACV.

What do I do if I go over 2 lbs? Do you do a steak day in response to TOM gain? Will I respond even after a high protein day?

    Thanks all,

    Catnip

a high protein day should take you down...even if I eat things like almonds or dressing on my salad I can still go down a lb just by increasing my protein and eating clean. I personally think that would be a better plan than to wait for the 2lbs and then do a steak day...I don't like the idea of not eating all day and then a lot in the evening, but that's just me.

I did a high protein day yesterday. I am down to 121.8, so only .5 above my LDW.

I still have the question though...We all gain water weight during TOM. Dr Simeons does not seem to address this in P3 and LDW. How do we handle this? I don't think I can eat this much protein for 8-10 days straight. :0

    Thanks,

I wouldn't do protein days either. I'd definitely try to watch to be sure i didn't get out of control but I can't help but think that Doc S really intended for us to do steak days because of TOM :)
