I'm confused. Is there a reason for coconut milk vs. regular milk? Glycemic Index? So are you guys saying these ice creams are OK for phase 3 or 4?...or maybe none of them? Also, agave sweetener..don't know about it.
Lactose is the biggest reason for coconut milk, which causes many food sensitivities, and Mags was just asking about non-dairy ice cream in general.
Can't have it until P4 anyway..
Agave nectar is very delicious and a much better "sweetener" for...well, everything..!
It IS "sugar" so you can't use it until P4 either....
I personally have changed over to non-dairy products such as coconut milk in general because it digests so much better, is much better for you overall,and doesn't present sensitivities.
