I know that I should be cautious and slowly add dairy, eggs and nuts when I start P3. But what about meats? Should I ease into pork, non-white fish and seafoods, and meats not on protocol? Or does everyone pretty much dive in with those? Also curious about if I should proceed slowly with oils and rich fats like avocado?

i dive into most meats, but be cautious with anything processed, or anything that might have sugar or starch added to it. Also stuff like bacon, sausage, pepperoni- ones that have huge fat content. you do want to be a bit cautious with fats in the beginning- many people get diarrhea at first because their body is not used to fat. just use common sense.

Do you think most pork is too fatty to start out with? I've been jonesing for pulled pork and ribs something fierce. No sauce of course.

be very careful with Deli Meats though....they have a lot of nitrates and hidden sugars and starches that you wouldn't expect.
