Not sure what to do but I am on p3d14 and I have had alot of family issues on p3 & not eaten right & have gained back 8lbs that I had lost. I have been trying to lose the 8lbs I gained back by doing (egg day , and steak day) I've tried hard the past few days to do that . I think I may just go back to p2 load and start the vlcd days. Should I do that or does anyone have any answers?
i would do several high protein days in a row...meats and veggies and plenty of water. It's water retention but because it didn't come back down with a steak day, makes me think you may have a sensitivity to something your eating. Your going to have to eat clean, get the weight back down and then add those things in 1 at a time, and no sugar or starch.
Thanks for responding to me I am about to go nuts and I know it's my own fault. You say veggies do those as on p2 or can I have a mixed salad with lettuce, radishes green onions & dressing.
You may also be right about the water retention, we had VBS this week and I worked standing all week and not sitting much and I noticed my ankles swelling, I also have a inherited crippling disease that runs in my family and that could have been part of the problem. I can still walk some but not good!
