    I mixed a total of 20 cc bac water with 5000 iu Corian. I'm taking .7 cc (subq) - thinking this is 175 - hoping this is right, I was never good at metrics. This weekend was my 2 loading days. This is R1VLCD1 for me. I was so miserable when I went to bed last night from all the loading I did all weekend. What's really strange is when I weighed this morning I hadn't gained any from the loading.

    5000 iu's divided by 20 cc's= 250 iu's per cc. 250 x .7 is 175.

    I am finishing up my p3 and will go back to p2 in aweek or so and if I decide I want to do the injections ( which I'm scared to do) but would like to try it anyway & order if from fran from yourhcgdiet.com & I get the 5000 to do the 23 day program instead of doin the 25 cc's of water I would do 20cc's for the 175 dose. Am I right or not.

    Yes. I got mine from Fran also. You do 1 cc in the Corian bottle and 19 more cc into the mixing vial. I was very afraid to do injections and agonized for weeks over it. They are painless, they truly are! The only part that stings is if you don't let the alcohol dry before injecting.

    Thank you I really think that is what I want to do. I tried to talk my husband into giving me the injections and he flat said he couldn't do that LOL. Do you do them in the tummy or thigh? Right now I am in p3 and not doing so good, I am getting really frustrated but I am fixing to do several protein days and see what happens.

    I do them in the tummy area, alternate left side to right side every other day in a slightly different location. I am not an expert yet (LOL) this morning was my third. Saturday was my first loading day, and my very first-ever injection, and I sat in the bathroom for a good 1/2 hour just staring at that needle. I didn't feel it at all.

    This is my first VLCD and I have a hunger pang every now and then, nothing serious, and it goes away. It's supposed to get easier from what I have read here. I can't wait for the "have to force my food down" feeling. :)

    I am glad I'm not the only one dreading the injections!! When I go to the Dr. for other times of being sick or etc. I don't mind the injections at all, I guess it's just the idea of me giving them to myself. LOL I am ordering my items from Fran at we speak. Did it take you long to get yours in?
    I have done a 36 day of hhcg (ran out so that is why I didn't do the total 40 day) I lost 24.8 lbs
    then lost 1.4 on my 3 days of vlcd w/o hhcg. I haven't done so good on my p3, as of today I have gained back 5.8 from my ldw. I want to get that off before I start a new round.

    Melz, when I ordered from Fran, I ordered on Friday July 2 and received my kit on July 6.

    I tried the hhcg back in April. No matter how many drops I took, I was still starving (on Mediral). I guess hhcg didn't work for me.

    Doing fine so far on the rx injections, I have a hunger pang now and then right before my meal, but they go away pretty fast.
