well, well, well, never thought inflammation would be involved here. Should I eat just meats & veggies or other proteins, such as eggs cottage cheese etc.? I never read this in protocol, & I really have been and want to continue to stay strickly on it. Oh, should meats & veggies be weighed? Eat only @ mealtimes or whenever hungry? kinda like apple day, eating all day? I am on R2P3. Anyone chime in.

I did a protein day last week and went up....For me, apple/cheese days work better(usually)...I found that out in my last round too. I know they are not protocol, but there could be worse things to go rouge with. ;)
I'm starting to wonder if it has anything to do with the type of beef I'm eating. My parents (who I'm visiting right now) bought 1/4 of a cow, so most of the big steaks I've had have been from their freezer. On my HP day I ended it with a large steak and actually gained. And again with my Steak day yesterday I ate 2 large porterhouse steaks (together) and I went up .4!
    quick recap of my week
    LDW 137.6
    P3 D1 137.3
D2-138.2 (I swelled up from heat the day before, so I assumed it was water retention)
D3-140.7 (had lunch meat the day before) High Protein Day
    D4-140.9 Apple/Cheese day
    D5-139.3
    D6-139.6 Apple Cheese day
    D7- 139.6 Steak Day
    D8- 140.0

On my first round I did stabilize about 1lb over for a long time and then right at the end jumped to about 3lb over and then just stuck there. Could that be what's happening now?

So, this morning I weighed in at the same as yesterday...I guess my body just likes to be about 2lb above LDW.

Mymiracle, how did you do today?
