Hummus would be P4 (starch). There is a recipe for "asparagus hummus" floating around somewhere. I posted several cookbooks and recipes on the new forum (so they wouldn't be lost) and I think I might have included the asparagus hummus recipe there. Click the link to the left "The new hcg diet forums are coming" to search and/or download.

For those bored of the veggies, try cooking the radishes. When they are cooked, they lose their bitterness and taste just like those little roasted red potatoes. My favorite P2 meal on weekends is to roast them in the oven with garlic, salt and pepper, then eat with them with sugar-free ketchup and scrambled Egg Beaters topped with tomatoes and basil or salsa. (I use those instead of the one egg +three whites in P&I because it has no fat) Since tomatoes are technically a fruit, you can skip the fruit serving and have those instead along with a veggie.

You can also try the Miracle noodles in P2, they open up a whole new world of possibilities and really fill you up. Even if I'm not hugry per se, I like having more volume of food to feel more satisfied, and with zero calories or carbs, they have saved me many times.

Thinster -- Thank you so much for the faux honey mustard idea!! I just had the best lunch, thanks to you.

I took chicken breast (already cooked) added a healthy dose of dijon mustard, some sweetener, a few dashes of hot sauce, and a little water in the pan so it didn't burn. Stirred that up and let it heat through then did lettuce wraps. It was so yummy!!
