I have been on ph 4 for about 5-6 weeks. I did great maintaining for the first 3 weeks. The last 2 weeks have been awful. The cravings for "normal food" is back. Sugars, Carbs, Starches. I did "ok" to eat it in moderation, but I have "fallen off the ban wagon" as they say. I am up 10 lbs LIW, and I feel DISGUSTED. SOOO frustrated. I am curious as to, now what do I do. I HAVE to bring this weight back down. My husband is gone for the week, so now is the time. WHAT DO I DO??? HOW to I get this weight back off. DO I do 5 days of High Protein, and kill myself with exercise??? I have also put back on 1 1/2 to my waist. Pants dont fit, and CANT put old ones back on(I got rid of them). HELP ME PLEASE!!!
Maybe try donig another short round just to get back into it? You've been in P4 long enough that you could do one if you wanted. You can go nuts for those first 2 load days- to the point where you won't even WANT to eat sugar and carbs once you start P2 again
