    I have been on ph 4 for about 5-6 weeks. I did great maintaining for the first 3 weeks. The last 2 weeks have been awful. The cravings for "normal food" is back. Sugars, Carbs, Starches. I did "ok" to eat it in moderation, but I have "fallen off the ban wagon" as they say. I am up 10 lbs LIW, and I feel DISGUSTED. SOOO frustrated.
    I am curious as to, now what do I do. I HAVE to bring this weight back down.
    My husband is gone for the week, so now is the time.
    WHAT DO I DO??? HOW to I get this weight back off.
    DO I do 5 days of High Protein, and kill myself with exercise??? I have also put back on 1 1/2 to my waist. Pants dont fit, and CANT put old ones back on(I got rid of them).
    HELP ME PLEASE!!!

    Maybe try donig another short round just to get back into it? You've been in P4 long enough that you could do one if you wanted. You can go nuts for those first 2 load days- to the point where you won't even WANT to eat sugar and carbs once you start P2 again

    You need to do a steak day! Then follow with some high protein days (no fruit, very little veggies) and see where that lands you.

    I would do a steak day or several high protein days in a row. It'll come back off...it's likely a lot of water retention.

    my cravings never do go away. a little sugar tastes like more.... Cravings are one of the signs of food sensitivities, and also low amino acid levels.

    i'd go back to lean meats and veggies, perhaps one fruit/day. some of that will come off.
