    I finally found some grissini, Alessi brand but it has olive oil in it. Is it still okay to eat? I KNOW you lose better without but my husband is doing this and losing really fast and he would love to eat 1 more thing if allowed. :) Anybody know?

    Susiebelle, I know what you mean about adding one more thing but I would stay away from any oils. It's not worth it at all.
