I am allergic to wheat and soy and am now entering P4. Does anyone have any ideas as to breads, rolls, tortillas, etc. Things of that nature that I can add back in now? These allergies were discovered after I started hcg so I have never actually eaten off of this diet while I have known of these allergies and I have no idea what to eat now. I would love some recipes and ideas from people. Thanks in advance! :-)

Look for corn and rice products. I have a friend who is allergic to gluten products and there are lots of options for those who can't have wheat. You'll get good at reading labels. Remember no breading or most crusts. Many products, including some corn meals, add gluten. You'll even find wheat in things like soy sauce. Good luck.

Sheesh Wheat and Soy are in everything. Even canned chili has wheat in it! I fixed it for my kiddos for lunch and was surprised to see it there. Soy is even worse! I think I may starve to death. lol Maybe if I had found out I was allergic to this crap earlier I would have lost weight from starvation instead of hcg. lol Oh well I guess I will just have to get creative!

Don't worry. You'll be fine. You have to make some different choices, but that is what HCG is all about. I actually have two close friends who are gluten intolerant and we regularly go to restaurants. They never seem to have too much of a problem finding something to eat. I wasn't able to eat until really late last night (at work) and didn't have any food prepared. I bet I spent 20 minutes at Walmart last night trying to find cook meat without some kind of added crap.

I should say "went" to restaurants because HCG keeps me out of those places. I've only eaten one restaurant meal since May 18.

I hear ya there. I got out to eat and almost always end up getting a salad with no dressing. It gets old being in P3/P4 and still not being able to eat. Oh well, I feel 1000% better than I have in 10 years and I now know that eating those foods does not actually make me feel better! Hcg has done that for me. I may scrutinize everything I eat now, but at least I am happy when I look in the mirror now. That has not been the case for the past 10 years. I am finally me again! I actually have a phrase that I say to myself daily. It is: Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels! It has taken me years to figure that out!
