Wait a minute? I'm 51, is that older?! Ha! I would love to have a thread for those of us with more life experience and physical challenges than the youngsters.

I'm on my second loading day today. Using hhcg and will need to do at least 2 rounds to lose 40 lbs.

Is 72 senior enough? I have to say I don't feel that old--oh, my body might but inside where I live I seem to be ageless.

I am on the last day of the three days after last dose of Round 3--I am so looking forward to Phase 3 TOMORROW. I have lost a total of 45 pounds since my body very reluctantly releases the fat, but it will release it with HCG. I figure at this rate (about 10-12 pounds per round) that I have about three more rounds before I am finished. That is, unless I decide to go even lower than my original goal.

I'm feeling good and enjoying "shopping" in my closet and storage for clothes I can wear once again. Such a great feeling.

Hi gang....Im going to be 60 in sept ! I work full time , and consider myself a bit eclectic....act way younger...wait...what is age ???? Anyway im on p3 day 6. I have tried hcg 2x b4...only to gain jt back....because i let myself do it ! This time ive lost 20....and will try harder to keep it off. I believe i will do another round, but will let my bod acclimate, and enjoy getting back into some of my cute clothes. Just getting the extra roll around my gut and bra back makes me happy. Has anyone ever found a quicker and more sensible diet ???? Luvvvvvvv the comaraderie......also check out Women, Food and God..by geneen Roth....funny story...went into B and Noble to by this book when she was on Oprah...there was a really cute young guy greeting...and i asked for women food and Sex....oh well ...he knew what i was looking for. It is an aaaaah ha book !
    Love You Guys....

Great response!! I realize we don't feel old and you're only as old as you feel (I'm 70 & can't believe it) Just thought it would be fun to chat with HCg'rs with the same challenges, experiences, etc.

I am beginning R1P3, lost 18.4 lbs and wanted to lose 30 so that means at least 1 more round. I think I will do better next time. It took me one round to get the hang of it :D. I love being able to get into my size 10 jeans again. Looking forward to sz 6. Hope all this loose skin tightens up in P3. If not, I'm gonna be in trouble. At least, at my age, I don't have to worry about how I would look in a bikini. lol

A little concerned about P3.....hope I can do that right so I don't gain. I work part time at my son's marina on the lake. I have really been surprised that I made it through P2 without cheating with all that junk food right under my nose, not to mention the awesome restaurant that is part of the marina. (fish tacos, bratworst, fried shrimp, best hamburgers in TX.) I've gained a lot of weight since Thanksgiving because of this restaurant. No more, it's grilled chic, shrimp & hamb. patties for me from now on. We do have excellant salads.

Hi all! I am 62 and am going to start round 3 tomorrow. I've had two very successful rounds and hope this will be my last. I show Quarter Horses on the QH circuit and they even have a special division for us called the " Select " Amatures. Select means riders 50 years old and older, and I am here to tell you this is one tough division, big numbers in the classes and very fun. Most of the Select riders are retired and can afford to purchase quality proven horses and the expenses of showing. I however, am still teaching, and showing my home-bred gelding out of one of our ranch mares. We do have a wonderful trainer and are doing extremely well. I still have to fit into my show clothes both western and English, so weight maintenance is extremely important.
Thinster, we are only as old as we feel and act. I am so grateful to have discovered this protocol, and more grateful to have passionate goals to follow.
Good luck to all, I'll be here everyday for the next several weeks. WE CAN DO THIS!!
