    Hi Guys,

    I need help!
    I am a few days into P3 and I just realised that I am not allowed some of the foods I have been eating! Plus, I just got my period so I have been gorging on foods (as I usually do this time of the month) - though mostly on foods that I am allowed.

    I have just gone over the 2lbs so I am doing a steak day.

    I am just worried that once I get back to the right weight and become strict on P3, do I need to start the P3 or even P2 all over again? I'm worried that my body won't maintain the weight because I have stuffed up!

    Also, I have done some research and found that Vodka does not have any carbs or sugar. So over the weekend I drank quite a bit of vodka with only soda water and fresh lime. Is this ok???

    Some advice would be great! :)

    There's no starting over on P3... you can however, continue it longer if you're not stabilized within -2/+2 of LIW/LDW. Just focus on eating clean for the next few days and you'll be fine. As for the vodka, you're right it doesn't have sugar but your body uses it as sugar - it's best to steer clear of alcohol until you know how you're doing with foods.

    Hang in there...it's a learning process!!
