Okay it was my husband...I was thinking about my cherry tomatoes all day, I get home and he had eaten them. Now granted I did not tell him not to, but he knows I only get to eat certain food. I looked online and found this website that has labels for the shelfs in the refridgerator I ordered some in hopes to keep the peace in the family:

Even during P3 mommy has her special Peanut Butter, my Cream cheese, My eggs that MUST be availiable for me at all times...I hate when I buy ingrediants for a recipe and go to get it from the fridge and it is gone!! I think these will help..wanted to share.

Can you believe this is what it has come down to? Labeling our food. Lol!When yo want them to eat healthy you can't force them. Ugh, I'm a little pissed for you!

I Know totally!!! I am going to actually Label one side of a Shelf "do not eat this unless you aks Mommy first"! I am fine if they want to eat something, I just know to go get more and that it is gone....not thinking about it all day just to come home and it is gone! On P3 I have lots of cheeses, nuts, cream cheese, whip cream etc..stuff that kids like..not like I do not buy them these things, but just dont eat the stuff on mommys shelf!

Maybe a whiteboard on the fridge so they can write down when they eat the last of something or are approaching low quantities?

I only have a husband to deal with and he still eats my stuff. That stopped when I was almost in tears over some missing cheese. For real... so sad!

We have tried a list on the fridge that you write down when you take the last...did not work too good. I think with these lables there will be no question as to what food is off Limits, I have tried this before and had a family meeting in front of the fridge...then I get the "I forgot which shelf you said"..so I think these lables are the most loving way to "train" my family.

I hope it works. I am impressed that you are thinking of a loving way to train them. Well done. :)

Its better than yelling and screaming...I literally almost cried when my tomatoes were gone...silly I know but I DO blame my self.

I don't know if I'd call it silly or place blame. You had an expectation... this diet is hard... you probably thought you'd already laid the groundwork... I can just imagine. I live by myself so I don't have the instance of not finding what I expect to find. I'd probably be upset, too. Still... I commend you for the loving manner. Really nice.

aww thanks...I always think I would LOVE to live by myself, my cheese grater would be right where I expect, my shaving cream would be in the shower, not on the bathroom sink (HOW did it get there?)..LOL
