Was doing great down 12 # in 7 days on the VLCD and had gotten over my hunger issues. Today, was on track, but had a meeting in -which lamb was on the menu. These clients are of the kind, where not eating would be a insult; so I ate. Ohhhhh Momma! is was good; I ate... Afterwards, Catholic amounts of quilt busy'ed my mind on the drive home. What have I done! how much will it cost, and what is the best way to get back on track, and quickly. I got nothing from Reading Dr.S's P&I, as it makes the assumption that your not going to stray.. Read some on the discussions, but looking for a definitive course back to "shed -that -belly-ville"...
It waaas good, but the Quilt is longer lasting !!
    thanks

Not much you can do but there are worse things you could have cheated with so hopefully the penalty won't be too bad. :-) Just drink your water and stay on course.

Back on the diet and feeling good... didn't gain a pound :-0 Good and bad! I feel like I should have been punished for the infraction, thus leaving me a rationalization to cheat again. That last statement point out the weakness in my self-discipline, which is how I got here in the first place. " baby-steps"

Fizzy, I know exactly how you feel. Trust me! I was right there last week. Just make sure that you have your goal and you can invision yourself in those (skinny pants) or that great top. Yes you did cheat, and so did I. Heck yesterday was my birthday and all I could think about was well, maybe a little of this won't hurt, or that. But I want my skinny pants to fit, and not the well they kind of fit, and my muffin top isn't that bad in them. So just keep on track and have your goal in mind. And remember this isn't forever. There is an end date in sight. Good luck!!
