I'm going back to subcutaneous. When the IM shot is right, it's heaven. When it's not, it's the hot place. LOL I've been having trouble finding the exact right dose. If I do any activity out of the norm of writing in my chair, I get hungry. I've monkeyed a little up, a little down and it's okay until the activity level changes. I wonder if it's because the 1 1/4" needle isn't getting far enough into muscle? But I'm tired of fiddling so I'm going to switch back to SQ. I'll start at 175 tomorrow. Wish me luck! Colleen
Good Luck Grammy!! I am doing well at 200 using the liquid hucog. I have also added in some extra protien...I seem to be much hungrier on this round as well!
Your dose is probably too high, Tracey. The liquid hucog seems to be stronger. What day are you on? If more than 4 days on the hcg, skip a day tomorrow and see how you do. If less hunger, go down to 175. that seems to be the sweet spot for most now. :-)
Thanks, Robbi! I did great on my previous sq rounds. And IM is super when the dose is right. Sigh. I supposed I COULD try it in the arms. I'm just unsure where exactly to poke. But they get about the same amount of exercise all the time. Hands outstretched and on keyboard! :-)
Hi Grammy, I messed around with my dosing this last weekend and tried to skip a day - but I was out of my head by around 9:00 a.m., so I decided to up it to 200 and my blood sugar and my energy are MUCH better at this point. My struggles with this round have been mostly blood sugar - I get really spacey in the head. I ordered some Elotion tea but it hasn't come yet. So I have been doing some extra protien and that seems to be helping. I am R3P2VLCD9 and I am down 10.5 lbs, so I am very happy about that part!
I started out on my load days at 200 (what the mixing instructions recomended), then dropped down to 175 for a bit and then to 150 (thinking I was too high) I was completely miserable on the 150 days. I think my system just needs a little more...hope I found the magic number!!
