    I accidently put my hcg in the cabinent with the rest of my stuff this morning and at 8pm saw that it wasn't in the fridge :(. I just mixed it a few days ago and don't know if it might be still good or I should mix a new batch.. Please help!!! Thx

    before I knew it had to be refrigerated mine sat out. it was fine after, i didnt have any issues. it wasnt mixed yet though.

    If it's rx hcg I don't think it can be left out that long.

    try testing it with a pregnancy test, if positive, then it's still ok.

    It can be left out some. I'd go ahead and use it but if you start getting hungry in a few days, remix.

    I tested it with a pregnancy test and it was inconclusive so I just decided to mix a new batch, I didn't want to go through all the work with the VLCD and not have it working. thanks for the input
