    What do you do if you are under calories for the day and are still hungry?? Lunch was spinach, tilapia, and an apple; dinner was romaine lettuce, chicken breast, and half a grapefruit. I just found Melba toast tonight (they are wheat, is that okay?) and I had one of those a few minutes ago. I am only at 410 calories. What should I do??

    Hi it seems it is ok to be under, u just do not want to go over 500
    If still hungry, besides more water tea etc, u might need to adjust ur dosage also. I find in evening green tea decaf, icant do caffeine in evening, helps me. Cold or hot!

    And I eat my fruit as dessert about an hour or more after dinner.

    Finish up your calories to 500 with veggies or fruit if you are hungry.

    Dedicated... until your dosage is fixed you might find that eating a little more protein will help with the hunger. Hang in there...when you get the new hcg on Thursday things will be better!!

    There is no counting calories on Dr Simeons Protocal..You eat the foods allowed in the portions allowed..Two Fruits a day is Two fruits a day you do not add extra anything. i would suggest getting a BIGGER fruit. Eat the biggest apple you can find, I eat 1/2 at dinner..and the other 1/2 around 9:00Pm ( have you made the apple with stevia and cinamon in the microwave? Yummy). The 1/2 grapefruit did not do it for me..not when I can have a whole apple. The veggies do not really have a "portion" size but I find some are more fiberous than others and really fill me, Like Asparagas and Celery..lettuce just goes right through me. You have to play around with the foods for a while to find what works for you. I have been hungry this round..were the 1st round I had zero hunger. I drink lots of water and ignore it.
