I need a steak day today, and I honestly don't know why. I 'm P4D7 and have been adding very slowly. I had one piece of home made whole wheat bread yesterday,, everything else was P3. I had one piece of the same bread several days ago, and it was fine. 3 days ago, I ate out and added small quantities of red potatoes,and 3 bites of dessert. My calorie count for that day was not a big jump, beause I wasn't hungry and didn't eat much supper. could that little bit be showing up 3 days later??? AAACCCCHHHHH!!! Help!
I don't think the potatoes and dessert would show up 3 days later. 2 days yes, 3 is stretching it usually. How much did your weight raise? It might be the bread even though you had it several days ago. Your body may have reacted more strongly the 2nd time.
Could it be asparagus? I just realized I had asparagus for the first time yesterday. No, I didn't have any in P2 or P3. I hate it. But saw some recipes thought I try one last night - P3 spices and a touch of butter. I haven't had any cabbage since P2 either. I am a little bloated today, and I can see some water retention. I went up 2.4 lbs. I know, barely over the 2lbs, but P & I definately says to take action. Can I do an egg day? I suspect wheat as an intolerance if I eat more than 1 serving a day ( which I didn't) . Thanks
Did an egg day yesterday , and , whew, dropped 2 lbs. But I still can't figure out what happened???!! Anyone??? See my above postings. I had been stable for 4 weeks.!
