I need a steak day P4D7, and don't know why! I have been adding starches very slowly. Yesterday I had nothing new. Just one piece of home made wheat bread, which I've had before, and had no gain then. 2 nights ago I had 1/2 ear of corn - which was new. 3 days ago, I ate Sunday dinner out at a restaurant. I had 2 small red pototoes , which was new. I also ate about 5 bites of dessert. What is causing this gain today? HELP!!
