    After a week of bemoaning my measly 0 and .2 a day losses, I stepped on the scale this morning and was down .8 lbs! A total of 15 lost now! The craziest part though is that I seemingly also lost 6 inches OVERNIGHT. I measured myself both Monday and yesterday and was the same as last week's measurements. I got up this morning (official measuring day) and could tell before I even took out the tape measure things were different. Crazy. This diet never ceases to surprise me. We'll see what tomorrow brings. It's supposed to be my last drop day, but if my loses keep coming I will stay on a few more days.

    Even stranger -- I spent the day at the pool using oils, got sunburned, drank 1/2 a diet ginger ale and ate 4 potato chips. Also ate my Melbas yesterday. It makes NO sense, but I'll take it!

    It's probably from 2 days ago. You may see something not so good tomorrow. I hope not though!

    LOL Just wanted you to be prepared. But maybe you'll skate through! :-) What we see on the scale is usually from TWO days prior, not the day before unless it's just water weight increases.

    My body has suddenly turned back on! I was down 1.4 lbs this morning --day 23. What a shock! I'm definitely going to play it by ear now as to when I stop drops. I can give it about another 5 days then have to stop for travel reasons. I'm going to go buy new scale batteries today too just to be sure. LOL. The only thing I'm doing differently is I started eating my Melbas again so who knows?

    A little update -- day 24 I gained .2 lbs. I had what I thought was a tiny cheat (a couple sips from someone's Mocha Joe or whatever it's called from Burger King), but I guess it registered. Today is day 25 and I woke up with another 1.2 lb loss! As much as I want to move on to the next phase and start eating different foods again, I can't stop with this kind of weight release. 3.2 lbs in the last 4 days. For those on a stall or slowdown...hang in there!
