Im going into the third day of my 4th week. The first 6 days I lost 16 pounds, crazy. Then I drank at a wedding, stalled for like 6 days. ever since then my weights been fluctuating. I got down 21 lbs by the end of last week and the scale says i went up 3 lbs since then! Would an apple day get me back on track? I had been having a few splendas which im eliminating and I know I need to drink more water. I just dont get it, I was doing so well
You've lost fabulously well! Stalls are common. Much of what you lost the first week was water. Your body is replacing it and you are still losing fat but it's not showing up on the scales. Did you get in your water yesterday? It's likely just water weight or a problem with your scale today.
Thanks, but it seems like the past two weeks my body wont let the weight go. I have been taking too many caffeine pills and not drinking enough water so today im doing 5 apples, but still drinking water. Thanks for your help! :)
