    Ok. And yes, I was down at 138 before when I was working out like crazy but I'm usually in-between 140 and 145. I'm not working out now BC I thought it was bad for this diet, I want to but not sure if I should. I probably drink about 8 glasses of water a day. Maybe I should try to drink more.

    Try drinking a little more water and you're right...don't work out! Cut out any sodium for a couple of days too...just to make sure it's not water you're holding onto. It's funny that you have to drink water to get rid of water!

    I've only read parts of the pounds and inches. I guess i should read all of it.
    Ill try drinking more water eventhough I'm goin to the bathroom every 10 mins!

    If you really want to figure out what's going on with yourself and learn how to make this diet work to it's full potential, then you HAVE to read it. Until you do, you're just going to keep questioning what's wrong, and possibly keep doing some thing(s) that are keeping you from reaching your goal.

    There is a link on the left side of this page about half way down. Under the heading of hCG Diet for Beginners. Read all of it, ok. You've got a lot invested in this diet, u might as well get a lot out of it.
