    Ok so I am just about over this!! But I'm going to try one more thing before I give up. I am going to post my stats since day one of the VLCD so you can see how frustrating this is!!!! Anyone would be going crazy right now with these ridiculous stats!!!

    Day 1 of VLCD -148
    Day 2- 146
    Day 3 - 144.2
    Day 4- 141.6(super excited with the first 4 days!!)
    Day 5 -141(then pms happens)
    Day 6 - 141.2
    Day 7- 141.6
    Day 8 -141
    Day 9-140.2
    Day 10- 140.2
    Day 11- 140 (Started TOM)--so the previous 5 days were complete hell on earth with my hunger and cravings and severe pms..u just have no idea.
    Day 12- 140.8
    Day 13- 141.4
    Day 14- 140.4
    Day 15- 140.6 (today)

    WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON!!!!! Im DYING to just see the 3!!! All I see is this stupid 4 every day!! It just hovers around 140 and has been for 10 days!!!!!! aaaaahhhhhhhhh What do I do???? I was hoping after my TOM(today I'm offically off of it) that I would start loosing again like every one says. But it's still not!!! What could be going on?

    I should be getting the hucog liquid by monday. Do you think switching will make a difference?? Do I need to skip any days before switching to the different brand??

    Should I stay on the .30ml twice a day or should I go down to the .25 again(sublingual)?

    I ordered 1 5000iu vial and 1 2000iu vial because at this rate i'm definitely going to have to go at least a week PAST the 23 day mark. I have 8 days until day 23. When that day hits, what do I do? Do I skip days before dosing again or do I just keep going straight through? Do I go until I run out of mixture, hit my goal weight, or do I have a specific day I should stop dosing at?

    This process needs to speed up and I don't know what to do. Today Im UP ounces but yesterday I was at the zoo with my son and walked straight for 4 hours, granted i didn't have any food with me so I had 2 bites of his hamburger but I drank a ton of water and walked miles, so I'm sure I burned it off! And then when I got home I ate my p2 chili and that's it. I'm sure I was under the 500 calorie mark..so I just dont get it.
    There's such a small room for error on this diet its driving me nuts.

    I couldn't already be getting immune to it could I??? Someone give me some insight please....and tell me what to do once day 23 comes around..and if i should skip days before starting the new hcg mixture

    Hang in there Sitori. I know its hard to be in a stall...but it is normal! I'm not sure switching brands would make a difference. Are you hungry at all?

    How much water are you drinking on a daily basis? I know you want to see in the 130's but if you're at your ideal body weight then Hcg will not let you lose beyond that. Once the bad fat is gone, it's gone! How tall are you?

    An immunity issue would create TONS of hunger...so I doubt your immune.

    Well Ive never heard of anyone stalling at day 5, thats crazy. I still have 12 lbs to loose and for my height the normal weight is 127-140. My goal is 128. If I could even hit 130 I'd be happy. But only loosing 8lbs and staying at 140 is something I've done plenty of times(especially within 15 days) and that's not what I expected on THIS diet. I wouldn't be spending all the money to just get myself down to 140. I would have just done it the way I always have. I have a good 10lbs of fat that is CLEARLY able to be consumed by this so I don't know whats going on. I must be doing something wrong.

    what's the deal with skipping days??? When i get to day 23 do I stop dosing for a few days or what? I had only planned on doing it for 23 days but at this rate I'm going to have to go at least another week, that would make it so I've got to go past the 23 day mark. Do I just stay with the normal doses straight through or what?

    Sitori, there is more going on in your bod than you are seeing... my guess is you are experiencing the following...

    From "Pounds & Inches", Fluctuations in weightloss: "The weight registered by the scale is determined by two processes not necessarily synchronized. Under the influence of HCG, fat is being extracted from the cells, in which it is stored in the fatty tissue. When these cells are empty and therefore serve no purpose, the body breaks down the cellular structure and absorbs it, but breaking up of useless cells, connective tissue, blood vessels, etc., may lag behind the process of fat-extraction. When this happens the body appears to replace some of the extracted fat with water which is retained for this purpose. As water is heavier than fat the scales may show no loss of weight, although sufficient fat has actually been consumed to make up for the deficit in the 500-Calorie diet. When then such tissue is finally broken down, the water is liberated and there is a sudden flood of urine and a marked loss of weight. This simple interpretation of what is really an extremely complex mechanism is the one we give those patients who want to know why it is that on certain days they do not lose, though they have committed no dietary error."

    You don't have to skip a day...but some do to prevent immunity. To start doing skip days, you just to pick a day of the week (same day each week) and go without your Hcg for the day, but continue the 500 calories.

    I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Just hang in there! My second round I only lost 3 pounds in the first 8 days!!! (Starting R3 tomorrow) You just never know with this diet. Have you noticed any difference in inches? I actually weight more now than I did in 06 but the clothes I wore in 06 are too big for me now! (I saved a few items hoping to one day fit in the them again.) So I know I'm reshaping and losing inches... I'm just keeping the heavier muscle too!!

    That's what I was about to reply to J BEANIE on.....that quote from Pounds and Inches sounds like you'd still be loosing inches if that process was taking place because fat cells are being broken down even though the scale isn't moving due to water. However with my experience I'm neither loosing inches nor weight so in my case I'm not sure what could be happening. Now if the inches aren't lost UNTIL that sudden flood of water and broken down fat cells are released then maybe I AM in that process. But if I'm supposed to be seeing inches lost even though the scale isnt moving then something isn't right.

    Robbi so on my day 23 I just continue with the same dosing as I have been? I don't do the 3 days of no HCG while still maintaining the vlcd and then start the dosing again? That 3 days of no HCG with the vlcd is only for when your completely done right?

    Just keep going with the hcg no need to do the 3 VLCD until you end your round. You can stop at any point after the 23day mark...

    Another thought, is this a weight that you have previously maintained for a while - a history set point? Are you drinking half your body weight in ounces of water? Are you getting too much sodium? Are you working out?
