my own fault though as I picked at Hubbys supper. I keep asking him if he would like me to make some of what I'm having and he always says no, so he makes something else of course always fatening stuff. He does not have a weight problem and has no idea what it is like. Supporting of the diet, but not helpful at meals and snack times. He eats cheese buns and cookies in front of me all night long through the movie we were watching. Could they just be aware that they are being rude!!!
only down .2 but I will take it. It is going in the right direction. I remember going to weight watchers and after a whole week of dieting only going down .2 and they said to be happy in my loss and it was not a gain. Now after a week it is frustrating, but I can accept after a day.
Thanks rcross for the encouragement; today I sure do need it. I was up .6 today.
total weight loss now is 9.8 which is still really good for just over a week of VLCD. I tried a phase 2 recipe that I printe from an online sight and it called for soya sauce. I am hoping that is the cause of the weight gain and that it is just water retention that will work itself out. I hope I do not increase tomorrow. I will never use soya sauce again on this diet. I really do not care for it normally, but it did taste good in the recipe.
