    Lauren- That's great news that you will be so close to me. We can walk Francis Park, or go shopping together on Grand. I love that store.

    Omg I am SO sick to my stomach. I made a major mistake today and for the first time in over 45 days I did not pack my lunch for work. Cafeteria food it was... Today's menu? Pizza. I had the salad bar, mixed greens with a small bit of shredded cheddar and a tsp of ranch. And then pizza without the crust.. Wow going from 500 calories to over 1200 is a major shock. My stomach is NOT happy... And I've been a bit gassy. I also tested the water with a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter.. I just let my self do it. I have almond butter at the house but I've seriously been craving peanut butter like a crazy person I'm trying to see if maybe my body is smarter than I am (I always have bought all natural no added sugar organic PB) or if it is the habit to break... We will see. I also have no patience. Haha

    When I got home I realized It didn't seem like enough protein so I had a scoop and a half of jay robb's vanilla egg white shake. I'm really hoping that this is both enough food and balanced fat and protein. I feel like I need to eat a vegetable and fruit.. I'm just in the p2 mentality. Ehh.... How does it sound?

    Lauren, two words: digestive enzymes

    You should take them in P3...especially the first week or so. LIFE SAVER! Search on it above, lots of discussions on them. I take them every day in P3.

    Good morning everyone! Well, my body just know's another round is starting because I lost 2.5 lbs over night. WTH!?!? And I was bad, I mean BAD the past few days. I had 2 cookies the other day and last night...ice cream. A little cup of the skinny cow chocolate fudge whatever. FAT, SUGAR and more SUGAR. OMG it was good though. Paid the price with a bit of a tummy ache last night, but seriously....the scale went down over night. I was at 152 this morning. I don't get it. I lost over my load days last round and I load Sun/Mon this weekend so we shall see. I did high protein days the past two days (aside from the cookies and ice cream) so maybe that is what kicked it in, but still. Very strange. Oh well.

    Have a safe weekend everyone! I'm painting at a friends house all weekend. Good trade off, he's grilling, I'm painting. :)

    I am SO sick. I had been planning to do p2 foods for the first few days of p3 but life got in the way. I was on the toilet all night... Didn't even get to lay down until about 4:30. And I am SOOOO BLOATED. I measured 2 inches of bloat at my waist. And it's painful!! I'm at work and in seriously considering telling my boss that I need to go home. I feel so sick I'm just waiting to see what end it's going to come out next.

    I guess I shouldn't have started with cheese. I really really knew better. I am lactose intollerant.

    Danielle I did take digestive enzymes twice yesterday

    I haven't eaten anything today yet. I'm scared. I also just want to sleep. Since I have no appetite I was giving some thought to doing a steak day today but the thought of a big steak is gross. I am scared! I know it's important for me to eat right now but I don't think I can keep anything down or in!

    I did go home from work... It was unbearable but I'm better today.

    I wasnt able to eat anything yesterday until around 7pm so i trued to cram in calories with 2 turkey burgers with cheese quacamole and sour cream. I found some carb smart ice cream that has only 4 carbs per serving.... I had that with some mug cake (with walnuts... It was SO GOOD)... I know I know I'm doing too much too soon but I went down .8 today? 137 this morning so far so good! I feel like I am eating a lot of meat and dairy.. I'm going to add some fruits and veggies today. See how it goes... I'm enjoying p3 so far... It's easy

    I just wanted to update my progress/success and to pass on something that might be reassuring to first timers like me. My loss has averaged at 1/2 lb per day. I would have 3 days each week where I would weigh the same, then the fat would be released. So if you are weighing yourself everyday no worries. Day 26 and 13lb less! I am 53 years old and 5'4" and started at 169.6 lbs. I am a good patient/student and have followed diet to the tee with no cheats so just realize that results vary but they are all good. I will continue until I lost 15 lbs./30days, take a break/P3 and then do second round. This diet has improved my life. I wish everyone the same! Have a great week!
