Hi, so I jumped up 2.6lb over night making me a solid 5lb over LDW! Last week/weekend I did an Apple cheese day with out budging (very unusual for me) followed by a Perfect Steak Day day. And still I didn't budge one ounce. So I figured since I stabilized about 3 over on my first round that this is what my body wants to be at.
Last night I ate something with Evil Splenda in it and I think that's what I reacted too...So today I am trying to do a High Protein day, even though my last one and most of the ones in my last round didn't do anything for me....

But my question is, can I have an Apple at the end of my High Protein day if I ate mostly steak/beef all day? If not, how is it different than doing a steak day that ends with steak and an apple? I"ve heard of people stretching out their steak throughout the day and having success....will this be a waste of a day if I do it this way?

I should add, just in case some one is wondering.... I didn't do a Steak Day today because I didn't think I'd be in a situation to do so, and the HP day would be more doable. :)

I wouldn't add fruit on a protein day... just stick with lots and lots of protein and a few veggies. Also, don't forget the water!

ok, what about Eggs and cheese or greek Yogurt or even nuts (once I add them back in)? They have protein in them. And I've heard both Yehs and Nehs...

Eggs are great on protein days...if you're okay with them. I probably wouldn't do the yogurt but the nuts and cheese would be okay.
