I tried Sensa 3 to 4 months ago before I decided on hcg. It didn't work for me, in fact, the flavors I sprinkled on my food made it taste even better, so I wanted to eat more.
I eat fast too, I'm on P2 and my tiny meal is gone in seconds! It's a very hard habit for me to ever break, I once worked at a place that only gave us 15 minutes for lunch and eating fast is second nature to me.
I've used Sensa, but didn't notice any results, but I also didn't stick with it. It didn't make me want to eat more, but I can't say that I lost any weight on it.
I honestly don't remember how much I paid...I think it was a special get your first month for shipping (or something like that) and then it's auto=shipped each month. Supposedly they change the Sensa each month because our senses become immune to them or something.
I tried it for 3 months and honestly didn't see a difference in satiety. But, I am a fast eater. I thought the Sensa with Greek yogurt was a homerun, but after eating Greek yogurt on P3 without sensa, I think it's just the Yogurt. For me, Greek yougurt is not only yummy, but it satisfies .
