    Hi
    I just weighed.
I am on my 4th round.
Been doing this for 13 months.
By now you would think my losses would have slowed.
I changed my method of administration of HCG. I am doing I.M.
Taking a long needle and injecting into the muscle at the top of my arm.
I am on my 4th day VLDC and am down 9 pounds, I am in complete awe and is why I am writing to all of you.
I changed some things, went from sublingual to I.M.
I added asparagus, am drinking a ton of bubbly water with stevia, cut back on so many strawberries, was doing too much in the past. Change up my vegetables. Add yerba mate tea before bed. Took an espom salts bath on the first day of V.L.C.D.
I think we all need to change up methods, rotate! That is what is happening to me and if you haven't tried I.M. then
I suggest you give it a try. I have no hunger, on the other methods I did have some, sometimes.
I think the sublingual stopped working well for me and I didn't realize it. I don't understand why, but I was not losing like this at all. I suggest asparagus too, if you haven't added it I would.

    †hank you, Ellie!
I eat asparagus regularly and love it. IM was how I wanted to go, but the needle scared me! So I went with subq. A doctor told me that once you feel the pinch of the needle, it doesn't matter how deep it goes but I'm too chicken. HOWEVER, I am going to try to get my nerve up for my 3rd and hopefully last round. I wanted to go by the protocol exactly but that needle!! yipes..

Thanks for sharing !!! I have a few rounds and will keep that in mind.

i too switched from SubQ to IM. I was scared as heck too, but there was really no difference for me. I have very little fat on certain muscles, so I was able to get by with the insulin needles.....which are a little less scary!

I noticed a difference in loss....but not as much as the OP! I have always added asparagus to my plan because I love it, so I cant say anything to its effectiviness over not eating it. I will add the Yerba Mate to see how it goes, and try an Epson Bath. Thanks for the tips!

I wonder what it is about asparagus that helps us lose?
I know it's very low in calories. My friend kept losing really fast in the past and she ate a lot of aspargus.
I just started eating it this round.
    It's 2.99 a pound here! Yikes!
I got some at Costco and it was cheaper.
Doing I.M. in the muscle of the arm is a piece of cake! ha ha.
    Really it is very easy.

Asparagus is a natural diuretic, so that's probably part of it.

LOL! I'm just now getting used to sticking myself in the belly without feeling like I'm going to pass out from the anxiety! Maybe some day for the IM, but not for me now :)

I will have to try some asparagus, though, it's just so darn expensive. I guess I should have planted some in my garden, but I live in a condo and the tomato plants are taking up all my space.

Wow ellie! You were my subling hero, now I have to find a new one!! I read an interesting article about asparagus, and how it is actually used for cancer patients. It is a miracle food!

Ellie, what dose did you end up doing in the arm? That's the one place I haven't tried.
