Okay, so I have been 14 days on P3 and have been at the exact same weight for the last 10 of the 14 days (only 1 lb over LDW weight). Can I move on to P4 since it appears that I have stabilized or do I have to keep going one more week? I eat all kinds of meat, tons of cheese, almonds, milk every single day and the scale does not even move by ounces. Any thoughts would be appreciated since I don't want to move on and ruin all my hard work, but would love to eat oatmeal for breakfast again.

I'd stay in P3 for the full 3 weeks, so your weight can "cement" itself. It takes 3 weeks for your body to recognize your new weight, from what I understand.

If this is your first round, I'd suggest sticking it out, too. You only have one more week.

If my weight stays the same in P3 right now, I may never do another round again. because I am at my goal weight. I only did one round. does this just go on forever, or do I do a p4 too? I will never eat sugar again, that is my mindset now, I'll just take it day by day of course. I don't want to eat wheat either.

I am just so not used to eating fats and protein/veggies. I have never been on any kind of low carb Atkins diet or anything, I think that is why it all feels so awkward so far in P3, I can see the merit in it, and I will most likely acheive the good results, hallelujah! but it is still so un natural for me.

Hello all! I have been eating at about 1500 cals a day or so and my proteins have been around 100grams each day. so far I have been doing just fine and staying about .5 pound above my weight.... well tonight I went a lil overboard and ate 4 tbs of natural pb and 1.5 apples at about 8;45...I usually try not to eat after 6-7 anyway, that put me about 2000 cals for the day. Do you think that this was a HUGE no no? I hope that my scales aren't up tomorrow!!!

I think Almond butter would be better than Peanut, but it doesn't seem like that much to me!

when you say 100 grams of protein, do you mean something like 100 grams of chicken, once per day?

thanks Nena, I eat my protein throughout the day in the form of eggs, cheese, meat and milk usually , however yesterday I got a lot from PB...I nearly had 150 grams of protein overall...

I was up this morning at about 1.4 pounds from my regular weight but I hadn't had a BM yesterday so I had a very small BM ( sorry if TMI) and was down to just 1 pound over, I am still up a lil but I think that if I am able to have another BM today that will help a lot and I am going to try to stick to proteins and fat today and skip the fruit and nuts which is where my carbs come from.... thanks for your reply!
