    lunch for today will be baked fennel bulb with lemon mustard garlic sirloin

    Mixed green salad with:
    sliced grilled chicken breast (seasoned with cayenne, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, parsely, lemon, cilantro)
    1/2 hass avocado sliced
    1/2 braeburn apple sliced
    1oz of goat cheese
    creamy, spicy homemade salad dressing

    Haha! Main reason why I cannot do a 40 day round!

    I eat still P2 foods... but I had cheese to everything hahaha.

    I do love tilapia with cucumbers! I season my tilapia with the usual salt, pepper, garlic... plus lemon and cilantro... and plate sliced cucumbers around it... seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Very refreshing!

    Hi....P3 here...So far I've had fage greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and for lunch veal scallopini and stewed fresh tomatoes with garlic and olive oil.
    Not too terribly exciting, I know, but trying to be good!! LOL
