    I started posting here on Monday, the last of my load days. I've been posting in the homeopathic hCG section but decided to start my own thread so I can more easily keep track of my progress!

    So...P2VLCD1...starting weight 165
    P2VLCD2....162.5 (-2.5)
    P2VLCD3 (TODAY)....162.2 (-.3)

    I think I'm already discovering that carbs in the form of melba are an enemy, but we'll see. I've had a great--huge--spinach salad--for lunch today, and for dinner it's going to be a chicken salad. Since I'm working today/tonight on a very busy floor (I'm a student nurse AND work as a nurses aide at a local hospital) and will be on my feet a good deal moving around, moving patients, etc, I'm thinking I will want the extra calories provided by the melba snack rounds. We'll see how that goes.

    And yes, I'm from Indianapolis...so if there are any others here on this journey, I'd love to "meet" you!

    I asked you that question in the other thread! I'm also Debby (with a Y instead) and I live on the far southside of Indy.

    I had a real problem with the Melba and I just don't eat it now. A couple months ago I tried hhcg and I ate the whole box I was hungry.

    I'm sorry, Nutty...I didn't see your post! I live in Lawrence, just south of Ft Harrison State Park.

    I have a huge weakness for carbs, especially salty/crunchy ones. I found that when I added iodized salt back into my diet, some of that salt craving went away; I guess I needed the iodine.

    Much better.....today's number is:

    VLCD4: 160.6 (-1.6)

    Wish it were more.....but I'm happy with that.

    Sunday 7/18:

    159.0, so down 6 pounds since Tuesday.
