Woo hoo! Hey, ya'll! Posted 181.5 this morning! <happy dance> Don't look now, but I'm thinking that my endless stall is finally over. OMG, I may actually get within spittin' distance of the 170's by P3, which starts Monday. Ya ta ta, ya ta ta . . .
I add some extra ounces of protein, drink extra water (make sure you are drinking HALF your weight in plain water, and if you drink anything caffienated you have to replace that amount 2x over because caffeine is a diuretic), I take detox baths (2 cups epsom salts, 1-2 cups baking soda), add some green tea and eat grapefruits as my fruits. This has ALWAYS helped my stalls.
