GT...I'm not sure what the deal is. I buy the plain greek yogurt and have done with it! Love it! I noticed that the greek yogurt with the fruit in it is high in sugar though.

maybe it's just the greek yogurt that's not plain. unless it's because the yogurt is made from milk, and milk has natural sugars, but that isn't lke the refined sugar.

I was going to mention, yesterday after I got home from being out with my husband I was hungry so I made a mug cake loaded with coconut oil, butter, cream almond flour, xylitol, cocoa, an egg, etc., and I felt so stuffed after I ate it, I split it will my hubby, plus I had a few bites of cocoa crack and a few blueberries. I felt so stuffed and I was so scared, I went into the bathroom and weighed myself, to my shock I was down a lb. from morning weight in! and this morning I was a lb. lower than my LIW, so I have been at 137.6 for 3 out of the 4 p3 days. the only day I was up a lb. was day 3.

here is that recipe, I'm not too sure if it really is P3 friendly, it won a cooking award once:

    Chicken Franciose Nena
    (with a secret ingredient)

    1/2 apple (red delicious)
    1 small or medium onion
    2 chicken breasts
1/2 container of French sour cream
    salt and pepper

    1. peel the apple and onion, and cut up apple, onion, and the 2 chicken breasts into little pieces (chopped up) but separately, not together.
    2. brown the chopped onion first in a little oil, remove them from the pan and put them on a plate.
    3. Brown the chcken next in the frying pan, then add the onions and apple to the pan with the chicken and cover it (low heat).

    4. Lift cover and stir from time to time.

    5. When the apples are soft (melted), after 15 or 20 mins put in the half container of sour cream (it has to be the French kind for the taste and texture, not hard to find in stores, it is written French on the label).

salt and pepper to taste, makes 3 servings, you can't taste the apple, it is a mystery, but it just gives the chicken a nice sweeter taste. It's fun to have the other person guesst what the secret ingredient is. If you are in P4, or perhaps your dinner guess, can have rice with it, it looks like a nice presentation with the chicken mixture in the middle of the plate, with the rice in a thin surrounding the chicken. Or maybe this could even be served with miracle noodles, if you chop them up, i guess.

    It's finished!

Jacki, you mentioned missing hamburger buns. I tried the oopsie rolls and didn't really care for them, but I made these cheese biscuits and I think they'd serve nicely as hamburger buns. I had them with cheese, lunch meet, and a dab of mayo and mustard and they were perfect.

    CHEDDAR BISCUITS
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup coconut flour, sifted, 1 1/4 ounces
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Whisk together the eggs, butter, salt, and garlic powder. Combine the coconut flour with the baking powder and whisk into the egg mixture until there are no lumps. Fold in the cheese. Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto a greased, rimmed baking sheet. Keep the batter as mounded as you can so that they won't end up too flat when they spread during baking. I made mine in a muffin top pan and I recommend doing that if you have one. Bake at 400ยบ 15 minutes until as browned as you can get them without burning them.

They crisp up nicely in the toaster oven the next day.

Makes 6 biscuits, Can be frozen

    Per 2 Biscuits: 436 Calories; 36g Fat; 20g Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary Fiber; 4g Net Carbs

(PS if I were to make them again, I'd use a little less egg and a little more cheese) Good luck.
