I'm going to be starting Round 2 Phase 2 on Monday and was debating doing a steak day on Sunday just to drop a little weight before load days. I don't know why, I was just figuring that if I gain a bunch, like before on load days, it wouldn't be quite as bad overall if I lose a pound or two the day before. Any thoughts? I stabilized at about 5 lbs. under my LIW so I did great on P3 and P4. I am cutting P4 short by one week due to some scheduling issues immediately after this P2.
Ummm... Never thought about doing a steak day before loading for the next round... But, I've only done 2 rounds. And, also, the idea of not eating until 6pm isn't fun for me haha. I'd probably do a high protein day instead... But I just really like protein.
I have thought this very same thing! I was almost at my 2 lbs above before loading this last round. I gained 3 during loading during the two days and wish I would have gone and done a steak day before. That first 5 lbs gone was kind of a bummer because I had lost it already once! Although if your already below LDW then I don't know if a steak day would even work.
Dang..wish I would have thought of that. I'm on day 13 of round 2 and gained 4.6 pounds loading, now, instead of wanting 20 - 25 lbs. off this round, it 25-30!! :[ Wish I would've thought of that!
