I use the liquid aminos on my burgers in my soups etc... i like to take mustard, liquid aminos, and franks red hot mix add a little spice like parsley etc... brush on chicken mmmmmmmm mgood
I've found some wonderful hot sauces in the international aisle with the "real" Mexican food. The Goya one with ancho chiles is so good. You can also get chicharones there for P3 without any of the additives the regular grocery store pork rinds have.
my balsamic does not have sugar in it.... i would suggest NOT bargain shopping when it comes to these things. I went to whole foods and got a few vinegars and a few spice blends and they didn't have any sugar. its definitely worth the extra $$. spices last forever anyway...
