i'm new. i would like to know what condiments and spices are ok for me to use. i just really want to make sure i do this correctly and i am determined to not cheat (even if it is on accident) the drawback of this is that food is starting to get bland. i would really appreciate some brands too. just so i can be SURE.

I use a ton of hot sauce. I even use a buffalo sauce on my chicken. I also put worchester on my burgers. I'm down 21 pounds in 17 days.

I use any and all Seasoning that do not have Sugar..At whole foods I found a wonderful Dry Fajita Seasoning that I use on everything. I use Granulated Garlic, Oinion Power, Salt, Pepper, celery seed for salad dressing. I also use Stone Ground Mustard. REALLY read the ingrediants, I was surprised to see Surgar in some Garlic Powders (HUH???). I also use Pace Picante sauce a lot. It has no sugar, not on protocal so be careful...I lost an average of 1 lb a day using these things...BUT that is my body.

You can make sugar-free ketchup pretty easily -- search for recipes on here. I make "honey mustard" by adding sweetener and a dash of onion powder and water to regular or spicy mustard. I've had fresh pico de gallo with no issues. I use Red Devil sauce on everything. Koop's makes a delicious Horseradish Mustard that I love. And you can pretty much use any spice or spice blend as long as you check the ingredients for sugars and starches. I love Adobo and Old Bay in particular.
