Thanks everyone for all the info.! After yesterdays attack I have felt so much better! It really is only the eggs that cause it.....I have had cream, yogurt, cheese, hamburgers, steak etc. with no problems whatsoever! It is only the eggs that is the common factor. Strange, I know. I don't know what the problem is! I do know that it will be awhile before I eat anything that has eggs in it! would you believe still maintaining at 141 despite it all! LOL
I have had gall bladder issues for years. For that reason I drink dandelion tea every single day. If you can't stand the tea, it can be a bit bitter, they also make capsules with dandelion. it helps cleanse the liver and the gallbladder and yes, you can drink it or take the capsules during any phase of the protocol.
Jenni (who learned the hard way the first time she went into P3 and now eats whatever fats she wants when she's in P3)
Interesting, I just had my blood and urine panel done (I'm diabetic) and although my sugars were crazy everything else was in normal range. I was in P3 when it was done.
I had my gallbladder removed in October, had nothing to do with a low fat diet (I was not on one)..just a random attacke, another girl at work who is 23 had hers removed, skinny all her life. It can also be heriditary, Once I told my mom that I was getting mine out she went into "Oh I had mine out when you were 2, and your aunt, and your other aunt..and so on"...Go to the Dr. Eat Bland (soup is great) until you can get diagnoed (which usually requirs an Ultrsound). I have had zero food issues since I got it out, can eat anything.
