Some of the initial loss after you stopped your hcg might have been water weight from that massive amount of water you were drinking. That's enough to land you in the hospital. So I agree with the others here who said to cut back. You can EXPECT to gain some weight back and end up closer to your LIW. So don't get worried when it creeps back up there. And there is no reason to force down massive amounts of food. Normal serving sizes are fine of the meat. As long as you come close to doubling your protein amounts you should be fine. This previous days menu looks good other than you had no veggies at lunch. I find I'm much more stable when I have enough veggies and fruit too. We get so caught up in the protein issue we neglect the other menu items at times. Colleen
