Hello everyone! I have been doing great eating P3 foods with relatively no problems and staying right around my goal weight, I think that I just did something really bad though, I had to make snickerdoodles for my bf neices bday party tomorrow and even though everything is on protocol ( if you count splenda to be okay on P3, I haven't tried it yet so I don't know, I have only had stevia) anyway I made the whole batch and they were SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO yummy and I was home alone and I ate the entire batch minus 2 cookie....I am totally freaking out and I am not sure what is going to happen to my body...I am drinking tons of water and took my digestive enzymes...I had jay robb egg white shake for breakfast but what should I do the rest of the day? I am alreay SOOOOO far over my calories today, not sure what, if anything to eat for the rest of the day.... any help would be great!
The recipe is below for the cookies so you can see exactly how much I ate.....OUCH!!!

LOL - just relax and get back on track, if you get hungry which you may since snickerdoodles are not going to keep you satiated, just eat protocol for P3 for the foods that you know do not cause you any gains, flushing your system will help

monitor your weight and if you go up 2.1 lbs over your last LDW/LIW you need to to a steak day

sometimes you just get lucky, sometimes it will take a couple of days for the weight to show up, you'll just have to 'pay the piper' if he shows up!

BUT don't volunteer to bake cookies if they are one of your trigger foods! Nice recipe by the way betcha you caved to the smell eh?
I can't bake or have any cookies within 5 miles until P4 lol

thankyou!!! It was awful, they did smell delicous and I figured a could have a few since they were "kinda" on protocol for P3 but I totally went overboard when they came out all soft and warm from the over.UGH OH!!!! btw, I did not volunteer myself, my bf volunteerd me bc I was worried about what I would eat for dessert while they are all eating cake tomorrow, so, trying to be nice he said we'd bring our own cookies.....MISTAKE...lol....Live and learn I guess? Do you think that If I eat a lot of protein drink my water it will offset the carbs...there are a lot of carbs in splenda and almond flour :(

I know it's to late now, just trying to do the least amount of damage possible :)

I always want to keep eating after carbs unless I have solid protein (beef, chicken, fish) or load up on a P2 veggie like cucumber, lettuce or celery.

yeah, you should be just fine with protein and water, but a veggie is recommended to help with the digestion of the protein, they should always be eaten together.

Thanks lolly! He is great, he is doing P3 too and doing well, his body is more forgiving I have noticed though on things that would be considered "rouge". I pretty much stick to the basics, that is until today..... :(

well...up over 2 lbs this morning...exactly 2.2 pounds..ugh! I knew it would be! I ate good all day I think for a protein day...how is this?

half of a Jay Robb egg white protein shake with greek yogurt for breakfast, lunch at the birthday party- 2 hamburger pattties plain, a serving of pork rinds and some sliced pickes, dinner- fajita vegetables (onions, green peppers) in some oil with steak and chicken and some gaucamole... Do you think that is okay for a "protein day"?

P.S. I did not eat ANY cake or cookies so YAY for me!!!! :)
