Going to a couple KC Royals games during my first week on P3 and we are going to have dinner there. What can I have? The next night I think we are going out to eat first so I should be ok, but wondering about snacks? Do you think peanuts would be safe to try? And what about beer?
Peanuts & beer are both P4 foods, so I would not try them on your first week of P3. How about a hot dog or hamburger without the bun? Or taking something with you to eat would work, too.
Hot dogs are not a good idea. A lot have corn syrup added, and you won't be able to check the ingredients. Hamburger or cheeseburger without the bun is good, or grilled chicken, roast beef, the top of a slice of pizza (no crust), tuna or chicken salad. As far as alcohol goes, vodka and diet soda would be a better choice.
