    I've read in post that many people are hungry the first week. I am having hunger pains on and off throughout the day. I am wondering how long this is normal for and when should i worry about dosing and or potency? I am doing sublingual drops twice a day. I have 5000 iu's that i mixed with 13cc of b-12 and 2 cc's of the liquid silver. I take a 1/2 of a cc in the am and another 1/2 in the pm. Thanks for your help!!!

    Hello Arizona35. I have done the drops in the past and they didn't work quite well. I don't know if I wasn't really prepared for them or what....

    This time before starting the HCG I did a master cleanse for 10 days. I was hard the first 2 days, after that it went pretty smooth. I feel that it helped me not crave food as much or feel hungry now that I started the HCG diet. This is my 4th day and I lost 4.2 lb. and every time I eat lunch or dinner I feel full. I don't feel hungry till the next meal. I am pretty sure I will succeed this time. I am also taking the daily shots instead of the drops.

    hang in there. I'm doing the drops...today is a month and I've lost 24 lbs...whooohooo. So yes the 1st week was really hard so just get thru it and it will get better. My stomach was growling and I felt sooo empty but now I have a hard time eating my meals. So don't give up...I promise it's soooo worth it :) Keep it up!!!!!! :)

    Arizona... SL works great for most people so don't worry... you're doing rx grade. You really shouldn't be hungry. Your dosage is 166iu's twice a day... I believe the newest information for SL users is to dose at 250iu's twice a day. If you want to increase to 250iu's then you'll need to take .75cc 2x a day.

    Awesome! Thanks. I will try upping my dose and see if that helps. It is only day 4 on VLCD but the grumbellies were getting to me. And thanks Robbi. For the life of me I could not understand dosage amounts. So thanks again folks. I may try the miracle noodles if its unbearable today but i wanted to be as pure as possible for as long as possible. Wish me luck and thanks for the encouragement. I have renewed faith!!!!
