dont do it : ) eat a fruit instead or make yourself a cold blended coffee. Just put ice, coffee, 1tbs milk, stevia, 1tbs cocoa hersheys... its like a mocha and it is P2 friendly.... wait to phase 3 you can have pb & J at least on wheat thins or melba. : ) how much have you lost?
I've lost 18 lbs in 24 days. I'm trying really hard not to cave in! I did only eat one of my fruits today, maybe I'll grab an apple.. but that iced coffee sounds yum! Might try that!
Don't do it! You could possibly set yourself back 2-5 days at this point in your phase, it could also cause a gain and a stall. Would that be worth it? If you need something to get rid of that craving have a protein shake which would be better than a PB&J. You are doing great - keep up the good work.

No wheat thins or Melba's on P3...they have starch. Get some almond flour and make bread - yummy! I love some almond butter and fresh pureed fruit on warm home-made bread!
OK - pls share almond flour bread recipe or link to find it....I'm about a week away from P3. I LOVE BREAD! (And have not had it for so long, as I was on God food/healing diet - no grains!) I will probably kill for this!
